- Processing & Packaging: Milk is tested, processed, and bottled by 7 AM.
- Delivery: Products are delivered between 6-8 AM, ensuring you receive the freshest milk possible.
- Cold Chain: We maintain proper temperature throughout the delivery process to ensure freshness.

Why do I need to create an account to order?
Creating an account helps us provide you with a better service. It allows us to keep track of your orders, preferences, and delivery addresses. It also helps us ensure the security of your transactions and provide personalized recommendations.
How do I know if I should order cow milk or buffalo milk?
Cow milk has a lighter taste and is lower in fat, making it ideal for daily consumption and for children. Buffalo milk is creamier, higher in fat and protein, making it perfect for making ghee, paneer, and traditional sweets. You can try both and see which you prefer!
How far in advance should I place my order?
We require orders to be placed at least 1 day in advance to ensure we can collect the right amount of milk from our farmers. For subscriptions, you can set up your preferences once and we'll deliver according to your schedule.
How long does the milk stay fresh?
Our milk stays fresh for 2-3 days when refrigerated properly. We recommend consuming it within 24-48 hours of delivery for the best taste and nutritional benefits.
Can I change or cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can modify or pause your subscription anytime through our app or website. Changes made before 6 PM will be effective from the next day's delivery.
Do you deliver to all areas?
We currently deliver to most areas within the city. You can check if we deliver to your location by entering your pincode on our website or app.
